What's changed?

An issue was resolved where Bullhorn Automation incorrectly stripped a digit from phone numbers longer than 11 digits, causing SMS messages to bounce for contacts in Germany, Switzerland, and other regions that use extended phone number formats.

Phone numbers are now synced accurately regardless of length, and automated SMS outreach delivers as expected to contacts with extended phone formats. This fix also addresses a downstream impact: delivery failures were incorrectly triggering opt-out flags, which meant candidates were being removed from outreach workflows without any action on their part. Consent data integrity and SMS reliability are now restored for all affected regions.
